This is how we streamline our process for getting quality signs out the door fast — without cutting corners. Currently, our plan looks like this:

✅ 8-10 working days – Raceway-Mounted Preformed Channel Letters
✅ 10 working days – Reverse Channel Letters (under 3 ft.), Trimless Letters & Logos, Structurally Bonded Products
✅ 15 working days – Easy Cabinets (5’x10’ or smaller), Custom Blade Signs (under 48” x48”)
✅ 20 working days – Custom & Routed Push-Through Cabinets
Why does this matter? Of course, it helps us provide fast results for our customers.
But here’s the real bonus: We now have an opportunity for feedback and insight from everyone in our organization about what works, what doesn’t, and ideas for improvement moving forward. So, the next time we promote Fast Lead Times, our deadlines may look a little different, but we know they’ll start from an improved efficiency point — one we keep improving as we move forward.
