    We have our own Delivery Service

    Sign Fab Delivery is included in your estimate!

    Sign Fab operates its own delivery service that manages the majority of sign projects. However, the company can also use common carriers to transport products to customers. In the case of large signage, special crating is required and it will be shipped using either common carrier or company delivery. For smaller signage, UPS, FedEx, or Common Carrier can be used for shipping purposes.

    We will inform you of any additional shipping costs either during the quotation process or when we confirm your order. If you have any specific shipping requirements, please inform your sales representative before we calculate your quote. Please note that all orders are insured for their full value.

    Damaged Shipments:

    Sign Fab will replace and repair any product damaged upon delivery, note damages on your delivery ticket and contact Sign Fab as soon as possible. We will resolve all issues immediately.

    We take pride in carefully crating, packaging, and loading your products; however, damage can happen during shipment which is out of our control, Please examine the contents of all crates and packages immediately upon receipt of shipment. If damages occur follow procedures listed in Damaged Shipments.

    Freight/Common Carrier Damages:

    • Inspect all items and make a list of all damages.
    • Save all products and packaging received; without this we cannot assist you in filing the claim.
    • Do not use product until damages have been inspected by freight company.
    • Please contact Sign Fab, Inc. as soon as possible to report damages.
    • Sign Fab will help you prepare and file paperwork for the damages.
    • Most claims are resolved within two weeks.
    • Sign Fab, Inc. will not be liable for damages incurred during shipping on carriers other than Sign Fab delivery.
