We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to lead daily production for one of our facilities. You’ll lead daily production directing department leads, aligning teams around shared daily goals, and making the calls that keep jobs moving from order to completion.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll develop the people on your floor, hold the standard on quality and safety, and lead continuous improvement driving 5S, standard work, and lean practices that make the shop run better every month. You’ll work closely with sales, project coordinators, and manufacturing to make sure jobs are organized, on schedule, and built to customer specifications.
