Specifications:
Self Contained LED Illuminated Channel Letters are assembled with the power supplies mounted to the inside back of the letters. The lightweight design of an LED module reduces damages during transit. These letters can contain a large amount of lighting. LED signage is a great way to reduce long term cost. Self contained letters are wired and ready for installation.
Faces : 3/16” acrylic precision-cut faces or polycarbonate precision-CNC cut faces. Polycarbonate is typically used for large sign faces
Trim : 3/4″ or 1″. Custom fabricated aluminum trim is also available and is standard for large logos. Aluminum trim can be painted to match most color options.
Backs : .063, .080, .090, or .125 aluminum; mounting and electrical holes are CNC cut into the back.
Returns : .063 return standard 5″ to 8″ depth. Custom depths range from 9″ to 12″. Welded or Preformed construction. Preformed is only available in 5″ depth. The gauge of material is determined by the dimension of the project.
Mounting : Remote-Self-Contained and Square Tube Grid. Custom mounting options available at request.
Lighting : : LED – Sign Fab offers a complete line of LED modules to fit product applications. UL or non-UL listed.
