I just want to give a big “Thank You” to your entire team. We just had two orders with real tight deadlines and your team came through for us. Our customer, Valley Health was pleased that we could meet their deadlines.
All in all it went well and the customer is pleased. Had a little glitch on electrical wiring specs – although UL approved – Fort Worth inspectors look at it a different way. I don’t know what the specifics are but I have another project to send you and I’ll make sure it’s in the RFQ language. Sign Fab couldn’t have performed better in my view. You jumped through a sticky hoop and kept us well informed. I couldn’t have asked for more! Great first time experience for me in a deal that could have gone VERY sideways!
Sign Fab shipped the last of 14 signs for the Global Credit Union re-brand to us on March 19th. After a few weather delays from high winds, we completed the installation of the "crowning jewel" on their headquarters building in Spokane, WA. The 10 ft. diameter globe is highly visible from I-90 a couple of blocks away. The quality of the signs far surpass the quality that the local sign companies typically fabricate. Sign Fab is my new "business partner". Global CU is extremely pleased with the new look and the quality of signs that I (and my new "business partner") provided them. Kudos, Sign Fab!
